- All returns/refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless Vans Bicycle Center is at fault for sending you the wrong item.
- Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs on returns, unless Vans Bicycle Center is at fault for sending you the wrong item.
- No returns will be accepted on any components (including frames and bikes) that have been installed/assembled and/or have damaged/missing packaging or header cards. If you return an item displaying these conditions, you will not be refunded.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days form the original date of purchase.
- All returns must be authorized by Vans Bicycle Center via email or phone before you ship the product back.
- A copy of the original invoice or packing slip must be included with all returns.
- No returns on clothing/safety gear (hats, shoes, shirts, jackets, hoodies, pants, socks, helmets, pads, any protective gear), unless Vans Bicycle Center is at fault for sending you the wrong size.
- No returns or exchanges on sale/clearance items.
- No returns or exchanges on bikes, custom-built wheels, or special order items.
- Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs on returns of spokes if correct specifications were not provided to Vans Bicycle Center regarding spoke length when the order was placed.
