All orders placed online with Vans Bicycle Center will not be shipped until payment has been received in full, and it has been verified that there are no problems with your order. Before your order is shipped, we will make sure there are no discrepancies with the order you have placed, or the information you have provided. If any problems are found, you will be notified, and we will resolve the issue(s) before your order is shipped. Once your order has been deemed "problem free", we will get it shipped out as soon as possible. All shipments are sent out in the order they are received, so a heavier flow of orders could delay shipping times. Please allow extra time for your order to ship if it includes custom wheel builds.
When you are ready to submit your order, you will be able to view applicable shipping rates and given an estimated delivery date. Remember, shipping rates and delivery dates are simply an educated estimate. The default shipping method is FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping rates may vary due to a number of factors. In some cases, smaller orders will ship USPS at a reduced cost to you. These changes will be made at the discretion of Vans Bicycle Center. If your shipping cost varies from the original estimate, we will notify you via telephone or email before your order is shipped.
Currently, Vans Bicycle Center only processes and ships orders to the contiguous 48 states.
